1. Go to https://isodense.com/mcdcm/mviewer.html

2. Click 'Load DICOM folder/CD'

3. Select your patient folder and click 'Upload'

4. Click 'Draw Polygon' button 

5. Draw ROI at the interventricular septum or peripheral liver parenchyma

6. Click 'Calculate T2*' button

7. T2* value will be generated

8. Select 'Liver/Myocardium' and '1.5T/3.0T' button accordingly

How to retrieve DICOM images using Osirix

NOTES: mcdcmvier is best use with MS Windows operating system and Google Chrome

1. Download mcdcmviewer (right click and select 'Save link as ....')

2. Locate the mcdcm zip file in your computer

3. Right click the mcdcm zip file and select 'Extract All'

4. Select your destination and click 'Extract'

5. New mcdcm folder will open

6. Right click mviewer file and open with Google Chrome 

7. Bookmark this link in Bookmarks bar for easy access
